First Prayer of the Year 2008

The first time I did an open prayer was during cell on 3 Jan 2008. I first went to church on 21 Aug 2004, and it's been 3 years plus before I openly prayed. So I wrote out what I wanted to pray for and I would like to share this with everyone.

Father Lord, I thank you for this gathering here with my brothers and sisters in Christ. As we step into a new year, may we pray that as a cell group, we will continue to grow spiritually, in unity and strength, and multiply in numbers, so that we can continue contributing to your kingdom in heaven and glorify your name. This I ask in Jesus' name, Amen.
